When she jokes, “I got into this career a little later in life after doing everything but being the dentist,” you immediately sense her spark. Real estate wasn’t her first chapter, but it’s clearly the chapter she was made for.

From the start, she knew she wanted to help people, real people. “I wanted to give back to those who give to their community and their country,” she says. Police officers, firefighters, teachers, medical staff, veterans, nonprofit workers… even the front-office heroes who often go unnoticed. “In my opinion, if you’re a phlebotomist or the front desk at a dental office, you’re just as much a part of serving the community as the professional,” she says.
And that belief launched something special: the Community Hero Program, a refreshingly generous twist on the typical hometown-hero discounts. “I wanted my heroes to get all the benefits,” she explains. So she contributes $500 from her own commission toward closing costs, partners with title companies who discount fees, and works with lenders who waive appraisals or cover costs. Her mission? “To save at least $1,000 for our community heroes, preferably more!”

Her service doesn’t stop there. She’s spent four years helping Denton Freedom House secure homes for men and women rebuilding their lives. She fills healthy snack baskets in police and fire stations (“Protein bars, nuts… real fuel for long shifts!”). And she regularly speaks to groups who never imagined they could own a home, helping them discover real pathways to affordability like USDA 0% down options right here in Pilot Point.
Education is her superpower. From explaining USDA 0% down loans in Pilot Point to walking first-time buyers through changing loan products, she loves turning “We’ll have to rent forever” into “Sweetheart, I can get you in a house for what you’re paying in rent.”
But what truly sets her apart is the way she treats people. “I’d rather have fewer sales and recognize my clients in the grocery store,” she says. “They’re not just clients. They’re my friends and my heroes.”
Funny, lively, and bursting with heart she’s proof that real estate can be more than transactions. It can be transformation.
