The original Windmill Ceiling Fan and Lighting Co.

Step onto Pilot Point’s historic square and into The Original Windmill Ceiling Fan & Lighting Co., where Kelly and Phillip Eggers are quietly preserving a tradition of American craftsmanship that feels increasingly rare. Here, windmill ceiling fans and custom chandeliers aren’t just fixtures—they’re heirloom pieces, each one thoughtfully cut, finished, and balanced by hand.

“There is a lot of love in every single piece,” Kelly shares, and you can sense it. These aren’t items you simply add to a room. Many clients find themselves designing entire spaces around them.

“A lot of our inspiration comes from nature and the horse community,” Kelly says. “We can recreate the look and feeling people remember, right down to the weathered details that feel like home.”

When you see their work, you can feel all the love and inspiration they put into each piece that is customized perfectly.

You won’t regret visiting them at 106 W. Main, Pilot Point, TX where you will get to touch a bit of the slower, farm life that breathes inspiration into Kelly every day!
