The heart of Alpha Omega Gymnastics is more than fitness—it’s about culture, values and family. Founded by former Division I gymnast Greg Kester, the center was built to offer something different from the corporate grind and competition-focused gyms. What emerged is a place where families feel welcome, kids grow in confidence, and staff are mentored into becoming leaders for life.

Their programs serve children from 6 weeks to 18 years old. They offer preschool gymnastics, including mommy-and-me classes for babies as young as six weeks, recreational girls’ gymnastics, Ninja Warrior training, tumbling for cheerleaders, and a USA Gymnastics Xcel competitive program designed for recreational athletes. The gym also hosts top-notch birthday parties and highly popular summer and holiday camps. With more than 35 staff members—many of whom began as teenagers and grew into directors and mentors—the gym embodies its five core values: unity, pursuit of perfection, adaptability, respect, and trust.

What sets Alpha Omega apart is how they pursue excellence within a family-focused, faith-driven culture. From servant leadership that empowers staff to a curriculum that builds both character and skill, every detail reflects their mission: to shape not just athletes, but well-rounded people. Parents often remark on the organization, cleanliness, and joy that radiate throughout the space.

With expansion underway, Alpha Omega Gymnastics isn’t just growing square footage—it’s growing community, character, and a legacy of excellence rooted in faith and family.
