Step onto Pilot Point’s historic square and into The Original Windmill Ceiling Fan & Lighting Co., where Kelly and Phillip Eggers handcraft American-made windmill ceiling fans and custom chandeliers that feel like heirlooms. “We want you to see American-made craftsmanship,” Eggers says. “There is a lot of love in every single piece, and many clients design entire rooms around their fan.” Each one cut, finished, and balanced by hand. 

Within the same design space, Ranch and Co. Interiors weaves everything together with custom leather and cowhide furniture, metal accents and one of a kind textures by co-owners Tim and Sami O'Connell.  What we offer is a total interior experience, Kelly says.  Service is personal and hands-on.  From the first call to installation, our team stays with you every step of the way so every detail lands exactly right.  A lot of our inspiration comes from nature and the horse community here, she adds.  Whatever a client wants, we can create the exact look, right down to the aged details that remind them of their grandparent's farm.
