 Spot Light

Spot Light Business: Dr. D’Amanda & the Country Chiropractic team.
The healing begins when you enter our office.

There is a place in Cross Roads, Texas that can not only make you feel good on the inside, but on the outside as well. Country Chiropractic & Wellness Center is home to three licensed professionals who what you to feel and look amazing. Dr. D’Amanda specializes in gentle chiropractic care, which focuses on providing a painless technique to realign your body, without the torture of popping and cracking your neck and back. He received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Sociology with a Premed Microbiology foundation. He was accepted into the University of Florida’s School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program, but decided not to pursue this path after he encountered a back injury. His injury led to a bulged disc, which led him to discover gentle chiropractic. His passion for chiropractic care inspired him to help patients live their lives again, free of pain. You are not required to sign a lengthy contract to receive services and the visits are kept to a minimum because they know your time is valuable. All products are tested before they are even put on the shelf. “I can’t sell products if I don’t believe in them” says Dr. D’Amanda.

Country Chiropractic doesn’t stop at chiropractic care. You will have skincare, therapy treatments, ion cleanses, bio-impedance testing, blood work, ear candling and even massage therapy at your fingertips. Hilary Tschoepe, a licensed skin therapist, provides all skincare and treatments. She offers an innovative treatment, called Face Mapping. This is a zone by zone analysis of your skin that tells you what products are right for you. Hilary will send you home with advice and the proper tools to maintain healthy skin. Also on staff is Ken Ortez, a licensed massage therapist. He offers services such as hot stone therapy, Swedish massages and body wraps. Ken is just one more reason why Country Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a great place to help you feel better physically and emotionally.

Contact Dr. D’Amanda at 940-365-5888 to learn more about these services and what will be right for you and your family. You can also visit their website.

Spot Light Business: Prosper Family Dentistry.
One Hundred Free Smiles.

Prosper Family Dentistry is giving back to the community! They are doing their part in providing healthy smiles to a hundred area children with their First Annual Sealant Day on Saturday, September 20 starting at 8:00 am.

During a recent monthly staff meeting the Prosper Family Dentistry team discussed ways to give back to the community and improve their office so they decided on Sealant Day. The entire team at Prosper Family Dentistry has a strong sense of family and they each strive to give the best care to all of their patients so it is not surprising that they came up with such a great event.

This first annual event will provide free sealants, fluoride treatments and check-ups for children between the ages of 6-9. This service is free and numbers are going to the first hundred children. This free service is on a first come first serve basis so get there early to get your spot in line.

Prosper Family Dentistrys primary goal is to provide education and prevention for their patients and the community. Their philosophy: by starting good oral hygiene and Dental Health Awareness at a young age you will instill a lifelong value into the child. In addition, with gentle care from the beginning you can avoid anxiety about dental visits. More children miss school each year due to Dental reasons than any other reason, said Dr. Jill Sentlingar. That is one of the purposes of planning this event at the beginning of the school year. The First Annual Sealant Day will bring smiles to the children and parents in the 380 corridor.

Prosper Family Dentistry located at 201 North Preston Road, Suite A, Prosper, Texas. For more information call 972-347-1145.
