HOW TO ENTER: Submit your name and complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes) along with subdivision name (if applicable). Only one entry per person, per e-mail address, will be accepted. Subsequent entries from the same e-mail address will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within seven days of the end of the contest. All non-winning entries will be eligible for subsequent drawings until this promotion ends. All decisions are final. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. We have the right to change or terminate this contest at any time.
Winners will be notified by e-mail. Their names will also be published on 380Guide.com. Limit one prize per person, family, or household. Winners consent to use of their name and likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
